Cancellation Policy

PAYMENTS AND FEES - A non-refundable $100 deposit will be due at the time of booking, to hold your date. - The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date. CANCELLATIONS​ If you need to cancel your event: More than 30 days before the event date: All payments (except the deposit) will be refunded. 15–30 days before the event date: 50% of the total price will be refunded. Less than 15 days before the event date: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. GUEST COUNT​ To ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience, the total number of guests (including children and adults) is limited to 24 people. ACCESS AND END TIME​ Guests may arrive at 10:30 AM (or at the reserved start time if your booking is for a different slot). The class will begin promptly at 10:45 AM, so please plan accordingly. We kindly ask that you respect the scheduled end time of 12:30 PM. If you’d like to extend your celebration, additional time is available at $75 per 30 minutes. OTHER TERMS​ The party host is responsible for any child who is not accompanied by their parent or caregiver. All participants must wear socks to enter the class space (playmat). No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Decorations such as glitter, slime, and confetti are not allowed. Liability: Cucu's PlayHouse, its staff, and representatives are not responsible for any injuries sustained by guests or individuals hired by the party host.
