STORE PICK-UP ONLY

At this time we are offering Store Pick-up only for all Toy Store orders. Orders will be ready for Pickup on Tuesdays and Thursdays before or after our Music and Movement Classes.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You may return your toys within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund (less promotional discounts, if applicable). To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. 

In-store returns: please give us a call to arrange a time to meet at our store and process your return.

Shipping: if you are shipping your toys back to us, you can send them to 1414 4th Street, San Rafael, California. Please get in touch with us before sending the toys and provide us with a tracking number. You will be responsible for the return shipping.

A refund will be issued to your original form of payment. If an item was received as a gift, we will issue a gift card to the recipient for the value of the returned item(s). If an item was purchased using Store Credit (Cucu's Cash), the credit will be applied back to your account.

We stand behind the quality of all the products we carry. If an item is defective or damaged upon unboxing, please call us at 415 815 6035 or e-mail us so that we can make things right.
